What data we collect and why

  • Booking a stay — first name, last name, home address, e-mail and phone number. Purpose: handling the booking request and related contact, as well as stay registration and the local tourist tax. Basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and a legal obligation.
  • Contact form — name and e-mail. Purpose: replying to your message. Basis: our legitimate interest (responding to enquiries).

Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle a booking or reply to a message.

How long we keep the data

Booking data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the stay and meet legal obligations (including tax). Contact messages — until the matter is resolved.

Who processes the data

Trusted service providers process data on our behalf, only to the extent needed to run the website and bookings:

  • Supabase — booking database (servers in the EU, Frankfurt),
  • Resend — sending confirmation e-mails (EU),
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — protecting forms against spam,
  • Vercel — website hosting.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland. To exercise your rights, contact us (details above).

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for it to work properly (including form protection and session handling). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies and we do not track you for advertising. Essential cookies don’t require consent — you can block them in your browser settings, but some features (e.g. submitting a form) may then stop working.
